Awesome campground! Reservation allows access to Bear Lake Road. It's also located near the Park & Ride and it's easy to catch a shuttle up to Bear Lake. Bathrooms were very clean. No general store nearby but it's not a long drive to Estes Park for grocery and restaurants
Ellie B ★ 5 · Oct 2025
Beautiful campground with amazing views! The only thing is it would be nice if each individual campsite had its own bear box. Currently you need to locate the nearest bear box to store items and is not all the convenient.
Travis S ★ 3 · Oct 2025
It's a nice spot but the straight line to the bathrooms is through neighboring campsites. This site is also in the woods so good for shade but you don't have the vista view of the mountains.
